Everything seems fine with the baby! Not really sure what exactly the OB appointments are for - she does a urine sample, so my guess is that she is going to monitor my hormone levels each month until later in the pregnancy, right now she just asks how everything is going, answers any of my questions and pokes my lower belly to see if she can feel the baby - she said she usually cannot until week 16, and of course she could not feel anything inside me yet...
Today's visit was pretty quiet without any real information although she did tell me we should not make any travel plans more than 2 weeks in advance and even then we need to plan on taking travel insurance because anything can change at any time during a high risk pregnancy.
Blood Pressure was good at this point, 114/72 so all is good until our next visit! Tomorrow I get to go back to the Diabetes Center and next Friday is our next sonogram!
I will be past my first trimester on Saturday, September 10th!
